Veteran investor Lo Kheng Hong attended the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS/RUPST) of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. (RALS), which was held on Monday (11/5/2026) at 10:00 WIB. As one of RALS’ shareholders, Lo Kheng Hong stated that he participated in Ramayana’s 2026 AGMS agenda.
“Attending Ramayana’s AGMS,” he said on Monday (11/5/2026).
Lo Kheng Hong revealed that he currently owns 200,330,700 shares of RALS. This ownership places him among shareholders holding more than a 1% stake in the company.
In terms of financial performance, Ramayana Lestari Sentosa recorded a decline in revenue throughout 2025, which also impacted the company’s net profit.
Based on the financial report as of December 31, 2025, RALS posted net revenue of Rp2.36 trillion. The figure was derived from outright merchandise sales amounting to Rp1.72 trillion and consignment sales commissions totaling Rp642.94 billion.
Compared with the 2024 performance, RALS’ net revenue decreased by 14.31% year-on-year from Rp2.76 trillion.
During the same period, RALS recorded cost of goods sold for outright merchandise amounting to Rp1.12 trillion, selling expenses of Rp80.02 billion, general and administrative expenses of Rp1.08 trillion, financial expenses of Rp25.83 billion, and income tax expenses of Rp23.23 billion.
From a profitability standpoint, RALS’ profit for the year declined by 15.53% year-on-year from Rp314.05 billion to Rp265.28 billion. Consequently, earnings per share fell from Rp52.9 to Rp44.73.
Throughout 2025, the company employed 2,968 workers, down from 3,395 employees in 2024.
As of December 31, 2025, RALS recorded total assets of Rp4.76 trillion. Meanwhile, total liabilities stood at Rp1.27 trillion and total equity reached Rp3.49 trillion.
