DIGIVESTASI - Investors Are Enthusiastic About AI Crypto Tokens in 2025, According to Binance Research. Investors are showing high expectations for crypto tokens related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) in 2025. A recent study by Binance revealed that AI tokens have become the most sought-after sub-sector and are a primary target for investors.

The survey, which involved 27,230 Binance users from Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, was published in December 2024. The results show that 23.89% of respondents believe AI tokens will be a major driver of the Altcoin market, and even the overall crypto market, in 2025.

Following AI tokens, memecoins gained attention from 19.09% of respondents, followed by tokens related to Decentralized Finance (DeFi) at 12.37%, and Layer-1 tokens at 12.28%.

“Investors expect more crypto regulations in 2025, while at the same time, AI tokens are gaining popularity. This reflects investors' positive outlook on the potential for mainstream adoption and technological innovation in 2025,” the Binance research report, quoted on Wednesday (December 25, 2024), stated. According to Coinmarketcap data, the market capitalization of AI tokens currently stands at approximately Rp882 trillion."
