The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has imposed a temporary suspension of trading on three listed companies as of Thursday, September 2, 2025.
The affected issuers are PT Boston Furniture Industries Tbk. (SOFA), PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk. (ESTA), and PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR).

The suspension for these three issuers officially started during the first trading session on Friday, October 3, 2025. For VKTR, the decision was based on IDX Announcement Peng-SPT-00285/BEI.WAS/10-2025.

This suspension was carried out as part of a cooling down measure aimed at investor protection. The purpose is to provide sufficient time for market participants to carefully evaluate their investment decisions.

“IDX deems it necessary to temporarily suspend trading in the shares of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR) on both the Regular Market and the Cash Market,” stated the official announcement posted on the IDX website.

Most of the suspended issuers had previously shown sharp price surges.

Market data shows that SOFA’s share price rose 9.46% to IDR 162 per share on Thursday. Over the past month, SOFA has surged 230.61%, and on a year-to-date basis, it has risen 276.74%.

Meanwhile, ESTA’s share price also recorded a significant increase of 28.57%, reaching IDR 162 per share. Within one month, ESTA gained 128.17%, and on a year-to-date basis, it climbed 102.50%.

Similarly, VKTR, part of the Bakrie Group, rose 12.50% to IDR 252 per share. Its price has surged 103.23% in the past month and 95.35% year-to-date.

Through this suspension, IDX reminds all stakeholders to consistently pay close attention to information disclosure provided by each company.
