Foreign Funds Pull Rp1.13 Trillion in a Day! These Stocks Take the Hit

The Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index (IHSG) continued its rally at the beginning of this week. At the close of trading on Monday (July 14, 2025), the index rose by 0.71%, finishing at 7,097.51.

 

Trading activity was considered busy, with total transaction value reaching Rp19.07 trillion. The market saw 24.29 billion shares traded in 1.79 million transactions. Among the listed stocks, 188 experienced gains, 418 fell, and 198 remained unchanged.

 

Meanwhile, foreign investors were still actively selling. They recorded a substantial net sell of Rp1.13 trillion across all market segments. Specifically, in the regular market, foreign net sell reached Rp1.17 trillion. However, in the negotiation and cash market segments, foreigners recorded a net buy of Rp37.56 billion.

 

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) emerged as the stock with the largest net foreign sell this week, amounting to Rp1.31 trillion. It was followed by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) with Rp344.71 billion, and PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk. (CUAN) at Rp118.41 billion.
