At least 20 publicly listed companies in the Indonesian capital market are scheduled to have their cum dividend date today, Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Among them are notable names such as ERAA, MYOR, and TBIG. The cum dividend date marks the final day an investor must own shares to be eligible for dividend payouts. To receive the dividend, investors must purchase shares no later than this date. The ex-dividend date, which falls one business day after the cum date, is the first day when shares are traded without dividend rights.
According to data compiled by Bisnis Indonesia from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), these 20 issuers have set today as the cum dividend date for the 2024 fiscal year. Leading companies on the list include PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (ERAA), PT Mayora Indah Tbk. (MYOR), and PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (TBIG).
MYOR is set to distribute a total dividend of Rp1.22 trillion, equal to Rp55 per share. Wardhana Atmadja, Director of Mayora Indah, explained that this amount represents 40% of the company’s 2024 net profit.
“The dividend decided at the AGM is Rp1.22 trillion or Rp55 per share, approximately 40% of our profit in 2024,” he stated in a recent virtual public presentation.
Meanwhile, ERAA is set to pay out Rp299.88 billion, or Rp19 per share, as approved in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
“The decision is Rp19 per share. We’ve announced it, and hopefully, it brings returns to shareholders,” said Hasan Aula, Deputy CEO of ERAA, during the public expose.
TBIG is also joining the dividend payout, distributing a final dividend of Rp529.3 billion, or Rp23.73 per share. This is part of its total 2024 cash dividend of Rp1.08 trillion, of which 80.01% came from the company’s net profit.
“Rp560 billion was already distributed as an interim dividend on December 27, 2024. The remaining portion will be paid on July 10, 2025, to shareholders recorded as of June 20, 2025,” explained Helmy Yusman Santoso, Director and Corporate Secretary of TBIG.
Among all issuers listed today, PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk. (MKPI)—operator of Pondok Indah Mall—offers the highest dividend per share, amounting to Rp728, with a total distribution of Rp690.28 billion. This payout is based on the company’s net income of Rp985.66 billion in 2024 and was decided during the AGMS on June 10, 2025.
“The dividend is distributed in cash at Rp728 per share or a total of Rp690.28 billion,” stated MKPI’s management in its official disclosure.
