PT Avia Avian Tbk Announces Strategic Investment in PT Dextone Lemindo

PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA), the manufacturer of Avian decorative paints, has announced a strategic corporate action as part of its business expansion. The company has officially invested in PT Dextone Lemindo, a leading adhesive manufacturer in Indonesia.

According to the company’s official statement on Sunday (March 16, 2025), Avia Avian has acquired a 16.67% stake in PT Dextone Lemindo with an investment value of Rp 275.8 billion.

Avian's management believes that this strategic investment will create strong business synergies, significantly contributing to the operational growth of Avian Brands and Dextone. With an extensive distribution network, Avian Brands is in a prime position to support the marketing and sales of Dextone products.

Currently, Avian Brands operates 125 distribution centers and 15 mini distribution hubs across Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. The company also serves more than 58,000 retail stores nationwide.

Meanwhile, PT Dextone Lemindo boasts the most comprehensive adhesive product portfolio in Indonesia, covering construction, automotive, household, marine, engineering, and other industries.
