Citilink Secures Rp4.82 Trillion Loan from Danantara—Meet the New Board of Directors

PT Citilink Indonesia has secured a substantial funding package from Danantara Indonesia Investment Authority (BPI) through Danantara Asset Management (DAM), with a total amount of Rp 4,827,774,000,000.

 

Meanwhile, the remaining funds will be allocated to PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA), the parent company of Citilink, amounting to Rp 1,822,731,000,000, to support its restructuring process. Altogether, Danantara’s total loan to both companies stands at USD 405 million, equivalent to Rp 6,650,505,000,000.

 

In addition to receiving this fresh capital, Citilink also appointed a new management team as of June 20, 2025. The restructuring includes updates to both the board of commissioners and directors. The details are as follows:

 

Citilink Board of Commissioners:

  • President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner: Agustinus Gustaf Brugman

  • Commissioner: Veronica Tan

  • Commissioner: Yuli Harsono

  • Commissioner: Anindita Eka Wibisono

  • Commissioner: Zainal Rachman

 

Citilink Board of Directors:

  • President Director: Darsito Hendroseputro

  • Operations Director: Arry Kalzaman Sudarmadji

  • Technical Director: Rifky Rizal Saidi

  • Commercial Director: Reza Aulia Hakim

  • Finance Director: Tengku Valmy Andali

  • Human Capital Director: Eksitarino Irianto

 

Garuda Indonesia's President Director, Wamildan Tsani Pandjaitan, stated that the loan is a reflection of the company’s long-term transformation commitment.

 

“We are very pleased to have Danantara as a strategic partner to support Garuda Indonesia’s long-term transformation, which begins with the shareholder loan of USD 405 million,” he said during a press conference on Tuesday (June 24).

 

He further explained that the strategic partnership marks the continuation of Garuda’s transformation journey, which began between 2021 and 2024, involving a fundamental overhaul of both operational and financial structures to secure the sustainability of the business.
