Bitcoin Surges Past $95,000: Positive Sentiment and ETF Inflows Drive Price Rally
Bitcoin has once again achieved a significant milestone after breaking through the $95,000 price level, reflecting a sharp rally over the past few days. This surge occurred amid improving market sentiment, fueled by easing trade tensions between the United States and China, as well as strong capital inflows into Bitcoin-based ETF products, as reported by Cointribune.
Meanwhile, a report by TraderFactor noted that the strengthening of Bitcoin's price coincided with a statement by U.S. President Donald Trump, who expressed a more accommodating stance toward Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell. In addition, signs of potential tariff easing on China have been perceived as a positive catalyst for financial markets, reigniting investor appetite for riskier assets such as cryptocurrencies.
Beyond geopolitical influences, Bitcoin’s rally has also been supported by increasing institutional participation through spot Bitcoin ETFs. On Monday, these ETFs recorded a net inflow of $936 million—marking the third consecutive day of positive inflows.
Several market analysts observed that Bitcoin's appreciation occurred alongside a weakening U.S. dollar and a decline in gold prices. This phenomenon indicates a shift in investor preference away from traditional instruments toward digital assets.
By breaking through the technical resistance range of $91,000 to $93,000, Bitcoin is now seen as having room to extend its gains toward the next psychological target of $100,000. Nevertheless, analysts continue to warn about high market volatility and the potential for disruptions from external factors that could impact price movements.
The rise in Bitcoin’s price has also created a domino effect in the altcoin market, with several alternative cryptocurrencies experiencing gains of up to 15% in a single trading day.
Overall, Bitcoin's breakthrough above the $93,000 level reflects a combination of global macroeconomic factors, institutional capital inflows, and increasingly optimistic market sentiment. While the short-term outlook appears promising, investors are advised to remain cautious amid the highly dynamic nature of the market.
